I am constrained to draw your kind attention towards inadequate parking facility in Chandni Chowk is the biggest and the busiest market in old delhi. People from all over India come here to make purchases.

There are no parking lots in the Area. The owners of the vehicles have to park them at far off places near the Delhi Main Junction or the Red Fort. They have to walk on foot to their desired shops located at far off distances. It is a risky job for traders to carry huge cash in this city of thugs. The pavement are also occupied by petty shopkeepers.

If the vehical owners park their vehicles outside some shops, it is all the more risky. They find their vehicles missing when they come out of the shop after making purchases. They are shocked to learn that the traffic police van has lifted the vehicle. It becomes a problem to recover the van from the traffic police. The vehicles are sometimes stolen also.

Therfore, you are requested to take immediate steps to increase parking facility in Chandni Chowk area. It will save the customers from unnecessary trouble and inconvenience.

I am sure my genuine request will not fall on deaf ears.

चांदनी चौक में अपर्याप्त पार्किंग सुविधा की ओर आपका ध्यान आकर्षित करने के लिए मैं विवश हूं और पुरानी दिल्ली में सबसे बड़ा और सबसे व्यस्त बाजार है। पूरे भारत से लोग यहां खरीदारी करने आते हैं।

 

इस क्षेत्र में पार्किंग स्थल नहीं हैं। वाहनों के मालिकों को अपने वाहन को दिल्ली मेन जंक्शन या लाल किले के पास दूर स्थानों पर पार्क करना पड़ता है। खरीदारी करने  वालो को दूर दूर स्थित अपनी इच्छित दुकानों तक पैदल चलना पड़ता है। ठगों के इस शहर में व्यापारियों के लिए भारी नकदी ले जाना जोखिम भरा काम है। फुटपाथ पर भी छोटे दुकानदारों का कब्जा है।

यदि वाहन मालिक अपने वाहनों को कुछ दुकानों के बाहर पार्क करते हैं, तो यह सब अधिक जोखिम भरा है। क्योकि वे अपने वाहन गायब पाते हैं। जब वे खरीदारी करने के बाद दुकान से बाहर आते हैं तो वे यह जानकर चौंक जाते है कि ट्रैफिक पुलिस की वैन ने वाहन को उठा लिया है। ट्रैफिक पुलिस से वैन को रिकवर करना एक समस्या बन जाता है। कभी-कभी वाहन चोरी भी हो जाते हैं।

 

इसके अलावा, आपसे अनुरोध है कि चांदनी चौक क्षेत्र में पार्किंग सुविधा बढ़ाने के लिए तत्काल कदम उठाए जाएं। यह ग्राहकों को अनावश्यक परेशानी और असुविधा से बचाएगा।

For parking a car sometime one has to look here and there for proper safety, under these circumstances, it is imperative on the park of the authority to make sufficient facilities available for parking the vehicles.

I has to appeal on the behalf of the resident to see the gravity of this matter and some measures will be adopted.
