Sir,

Subject :- Frequent break-downs in electricity supply in Prakash Colony.

The residents of Prakash Colony are harassed by frequent break downs in electricity supply these days. Electricity goes off three to five times a day and sometimes it is restored only after several hours. There is also high voltage fluctuation during the time of supply. All this not only causes inconvenience to us but also damages our costly electrical appliances. Water supply is also affected by this erratic power supply.

The students are the worst affected in this situation. These are their examination days. As light goes off grequently at night, they are unable to prepare for the examonations.

It is learnt that this frequent break down in electricity supply is due to a faulty transformer in our area. We have made saveral complaints to the area officials about this erratic power supply but to no avail.

I shall be gratful if you kindly take necessary action to ensure proper electricity supply to our colony.

महोदय,

 

विषय: – अपने क्षेत्र में बिजली की आपूर्ति में लगातार ब्रेक डाउन के बारे में महाप्रबंधक को एक शिकायत  पत्र 

 

प्रकाश कॉलोनी के निवासी इन दिनों बिजली आपूर्ति में लगातार से परेशान हैं। दिन में तीन से पांच बार बिजली जाती है और कभी-कभी कई घंटों के बाद ही इसे बहाल किया जाता है। आपूर्ति के समय में उच्च वोल्टेज का उतार-चढ़ाव भी होता है। यह सब न केवल हमारे लिए असुविधा का कारण बनता है, बल्कि हमारे महंगे बिजली के उपकरणों को भी नुकसान पहुंचाता है। इस अनियमित बिजली आपूर्ति से जल आपूर्ति भी प्रभावित होती है।

 

इस स्थिति में छात्र सबसे अधिक प्रभावित होते हैं। ये उनकी परीक्षा के दिन हैं। रात में जब बिजली चली जाती है तो, वे परीक्षाओं की तैयारी करने में असमर्थ होते हैं।

 

यह पता चला है कि बिजली की आपूर्ति में लगातार कमी हमारे क्षेत्र में एक दोषपूर्ण/ख़राब ट्रांसफार्मर के कारण है। हमने क्षेत्र के अधिकारियों से इस अनियमित बिजली आपूर्ति के बारे में शिकायतें कीं लेकिन कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ।

 

यदि आप हमारी कॉलोनी में उचित बिजली की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए आवश्यक कार्रवाई करते हैं तो मैं आभारी रहूंगा।
