मुझे आपको भारी मन से सूचित करना पड़ रहा है कि हमारे लोकप्रिय गोल्डन फ्रिज की बिक्री हमारे सर्वोत्तम प्रयासों के बावजूद दिन-प्रतिदिन गिर रही है। मैंने बाजार का व्यक्तिगत सर्वेक्षण किया। मुझे पता चला कि लगभग सभी अन्य कम्पनिया जो इस व्यापार में हैं, उन्होंने ग्राहकों को मौसम की छूट की पेशकश शुरू कर दी  है।

परिणामस्वरूप अन्य सभी कंपनियों के फ्रिज की बिक्री बढ़ गई है और हमारी बिक्री काम हो गयी है।

इसलिए फ्रिज की बिक्री को बढ़ाने के लिए एक समान रणनीति अपनाने के लिए आपसे अनुरोध करता हूँ । 

मुझे आशा है, आप मुझे न केवल ऑफ-सीज़न छूट बल्कि अन्य प्रोत्साहन भी प्रदान करने की अनुमति देंगे ताकि हमारे ग्राहक अन्य डीलरों से फ्रिज खरीदने के बारे में न सोचें। और हमारी बिक्री पहले की तरह जारी रहे।
