As the Secretary of Welfare Association of Shivaji Colony. I want to apprise you of lack of civic Amenities in our colony.

There are no street light in our colony. Many incidents of chain snatchings have taken place during dark fortnights here. The water supply in this colony is not erratic and insufficient but so casual and irregular. There is no community park here. The children play on roofs and meet with accidents. Some children play in the narrow streets and obstruct the traffic or injure the passers by.


There are no dispensary in our colony. As a result even the persons suffering from minor ailments have to seek treatment at Meerut City which is quite far off. There is no public school here. Even the small person have to walk two kilometers each way in order to attend their school. There is neither a post office nor a public library here. Even the main road is in a horrible state and needs immediate repairs.

I propose your goodself to pay a visit to our colony to have a first hand view and provide us the basic civic amenities mentioned above.

शिवाजी कॉलोनी के कल्याण संघ के सचिव के रूप में, मैं आपको हमारी कॉलोनी में नागरिक सुविधाओं की कमी से अवगत कराना चाहता हूं।

 

हमारी कॉलोनी में स्ट्रीट लाइट नहीं हैं। यहां अंधेरे के दौरान चेन स्नेचिंग की कई घटनाएं हुई हैं। इस कॉलोनी में पानी की आपूर्ति अनियमित और अपर्याप्त नहीं है, लेकिन बहुत आकस्मिक और अनियमित है। यहां कोई सामुदायिक पार्क नहीं है। बच्चे छतों पर खेलते हैं और कई दुर्घटनाओं  भी हैं। कुछ बच्चे संकरी गलियों में खेलते हैं और यातायात को बाधित करते हैं या राहगीरों को घायल करते हैं।

हमारी कॉलोनी में कोई डिस्पेंसरी नहीं हैं। इसके परिणामस्वरूप मामूली बीमारियों से पीड़ित व्यक्तियों को भी मेरठ सिटी में इलाज कराना पड़ता है जो काफी दूर है। यहां कोई पब्लिक स्कूल नहीं है। यहां तक ​​कि छोटे व्यक्ति को अपने स्कूल जाने के लिए प्रत्येक रास्ते पर दो किलोमीटर चलना पड़ता है। यहां न तो कोई डाकघर है और न ही सार्वजनिक पुस्तकालय। यहां तक ​​कि मुख्य सड़क एक भयानक स्थिति में है और तत्काल मरम्मत की आवश्यकता है।
