सस्नेह नमस्कार

 

आशा है कि तुम सपरिवार कुशल होगे। कल ही तुम्हारा पत्र मिला। यह जानकर अत्यधिक प्रसन्नता हुई कि तुम्हारी परीक्षा समाप्त हो गई है और तुम्हारा विद्यालय 15 जुलाई तक के लिए ग्रीष्मावकाश के उपलक्ष्य में बंद हो गया है। मेरी तथा मेरे घर के सभी सदस्यों की बहुत दिनों से यह इच्छा थी कि तुम्हें कुछ दिनों के लिए बुलाएँ, परंतु तुम्हारी पढ़ाई का विचार कर ऐसा नहीं कर पाए। अब तुम्हारी परीक्षा समाप्त हो गई है और विद्यालय भी बंद हो गया है, अतः अब हम तुम्हें यहाँ आने का सप्रेम निमंत्रण प्रेषित करते हैं।

 

कोटद्वार यद्यपि छोटा-सा नगर है, फिर भी इसकी कई विशेषताएँ हैं। इस छोटे-से नगर में भी अनेक दर्शनीय स्थल हैं। कालिदास के अभिज्ञान शाकुन्तलम् का कण्वाश्रम यहीं है। सिद्ध बाबा का मंदिर, जहाँ प्रतिवर्ष लाखों श्रद्धालु भक्त आकर अपनी श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करते हैं, यहाँ का मुख्य आकर्षण है। यहाँ से 20-22 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर लैंसडौन पर्वतीय स्थल अपनी प्राकृतिक सुषमा के लिए प्रसिद्ध है। इस नगरी का एक-एक चप्पा अपने नैसर्गिक सौंदर्य से पूर्ण है।

 

प्रिय मित्र, मुझे पूरा विश्वास है कि तुम निश्चित रूप से मेरे निमंत्रण को स्वीकार करोगे। हम सभी तुम्हारी प्रतीक्षा कर रहे हैं। आने
से पूर्व यहाँ पहुँचने की तिथि से अवगत कराना, जिससे मैं तुम्हें लेने स्टेशन पर आ सकूँ।

It is a matter of great pleasure to know that your examination is over and your school is closed for the summer vacation till 15 July. I and all the members of my family had long wanted to call you for a few days, but could not do because of your studies. Now your exam is over and school is also closed, so now we send you a kind invitation to come here.

 

 

Kotdwar, though a small town, still has many characteristics. This small town also has many scenic spots. The Kanvashram of Kalidasa’s Abhigyan Shakuntalam is here. The temple of Siddha Baba, where lakhs of devotees come to pay their tributes every year, is the main attraction here. Lansdowne hill station 20-22 kilometers from here is famous for its natural beauty. Every single piece of this city is full of its natural beauty.

 

 

Dear friend, I am sure that you will definitely accept my invitation. We are all waiting for you. Coming Before giving the date of arrival here, so that I can come to pick you up at the station.
